When you come to visit the Burgoyne Grill you will find a casual engaging environment. You can choose to dine in our Adirondack style pub or on our beautiful stone patio. Chef Bob
Jennings takes care in selecting the Our Pub Fare, available from
11:00 AM to Closing, starts with a delectable choice of appetizers.
A sampling of some of the choices are Tomato and Fresh Basil Bruschetta,
Buffalo Style Chicken Wings, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and be sure
to try our Burgoyne Blue Cheese Crispy Chips (Fresh
fried thick cut potato chips with blue cheese sauce, crispy bacon and
green onions). Appetizers can be enjoyed by themselves as
an afternoon snack or as a compliment to one of our Pub Fare's Signature
Salads, Specialty Sandwiches or Gourmet Burgers. Chef Bob Jennings is devoted to making your next Burgoyne Grill visit an exceptionally savory one. His dinner menu includes selections from House Specialties, Seafood dishes and Pasta dishes. To start you might choose for your appetizer Crispy Fried Calamari, Zuppa de Clams or Goat Cheese and Arugula Stuffed Mushrooms. Some choices from our House Specialties are Chicken Marsala, Burgoyne Blue (NY strip Steak topped with creamy Danish bleu cheese and caramelized onions), Portobello Mushroom Parmesan (Golden fried portobello mushroom, marinara and fresh mozzarella on pasta a la pesto). If you like seafood you're in for a treat. Try our Shrimp a la Vodka (Jumbo shrimp sauteed in creamy vodka tomato sauce and served on pasta), Pan Seared Mahi Mahi Filet or Asian Spiced Sea Salt Crusted Ahi Tuna (with pomegranate-balsamic glaze) to name a few. Tuesday at the Burgoyne Grill, where you can create your own pasta dish.
You choose your ingredients from our list of choices then choose your
favorite sauce and pasta. Sundays are a special day because that's when we serve our Sunday Brunch (June thru September.) It includes mouth wartering choices like Belgium Waffles with fruit and whipped cream topings, Eggs Benedict and Caprese Omelets.
